Learning to cook and eat healthy food couldn’t be easier with Greenwich Pantry.

To learn how to make healthy nourishing food, book a Cook Eat Healthy session with GP today. Consultations  can be carried out online via Skype at a mutually convenient time ver the phone.

We will show you how to incorporate wholesome ingredients to your diet, teach you ideal cooking methods and ways to get the best from breakfasts,lunches, desserts, dinners and everyday snacks. In other words, healthy eating becomes a lifelong activity.

Whether  you’re vegan or vegetarian, we will work with you to ensure your goals are met, including nutritional requirements and budget preferences.

In keeping with our philosophy on food, we focus on helping you adapt balanced principles, to help you stay healthy in a fun and exciting way.

We are flexible and will work with you on each aspect of food you wish to focus on.

The session will cover your preferred recipes and ingredients you need for
Snacks, Breakfast Lunchtime, Supper
Each recipe is analysed and tailored to your requirements and we look at what ingredients are most beneficial for you.

Fees
*1.5hrs £150*

*Fees include 30 mins consultation where we look at your preferences and health goals followed by the cook eat healthy session for one hour.*

*Follow up consultations £70.00 for 1hr *
