No dairy and no eggs? No problem. The Cook And Eat chefs will introduce you to some wonderful vegan ingredients and guide you in your quest to master vegan baking. From chocolate nutty cookies to banana and coconut cakes, they’ll satisfy your vegan self in their two hour baking session.
What’s your sushi type? Sushi or Sashimi?
In this 2 hour course, beginners and enthusiasts will learn the basics of making sushi with fresh ingredients. It’s not all raw fish so don’t fret!
International Cookery Classes
From French to Asian cooking, our international cookery classes will transport you into a new and exciting world of culinary delights that you can replicate easily at home. Impress your family and friends with your new dishes full of amazing flavours and tastes. Our classes are informative and fun. Everyone gets involved and we enjoy a relaxing meal together or a take home pack. Here’s a hint of the cuisines that are in store over the next few months, just to whet your appetite:

Children’s Cookery Classes
In this 2-hour cooking class, children and their parents will explore together a multitude of cooking techniques, cook some delicious recipes and discover some amazing new tastes and flavours. Parents will love this opportunity to create a meal from scratch with their child and spend some precious time sharing and discussing food in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Leave the clearing up to us, take home your delicious food and enjoy sharing it with the rest of the family. After a few practice runs you will be able to put your feet up and have your dinner cooked for you by your little budding chef. Each ticket admits 1 parent + 1 child. Suitable for children aged 6+
Clean Eating Workshops
If you think healthy eating is boring, think again! Our Cook & Eat team have put together a series of clean eating workshops for the health conscious foodie. At our clean eating workshops we give you all the inspiration needed to stay on top of your healthy eating goals and kiss goodbye to calorie counting and ‘yo yo’ dieting.
Learn to make and bake biscuits, cupcakes and so much more in our baking classes. Session teaching time is 2 hours and we allow extra half hour for munching and interaction for participants. Our baking workshops are perfect for individuals, families and teams interested in making, baking and decorating; it is your ultimate show off session. Each session is unique and has its own theme, from cupcakes to biscuits, tartlets and macaroons we have a baking speciality for everyone. Learn techniques from our team of patient pastry chefs and leave with confidence to recreate your own bake off session with friends and family.

In this 2-hour class, our expert Cook & Eat Chef will guide you through all necessary steps to help you produce a deliciously healthy, tasty vegan dish. You’ll leave the class with lots of useful tips and information on vegan cooking as well as a delicious meal to share at home with your family and friends.
Knife Skills Classes
In response to popular request, we’ve created a knife skills class to help you chop, slice and dice like a pro. This two-hour class will introduce you to knife techniques you will use both in every day cooking and dinner parties. With plenty of practice time in the class, you’ll use your chopped ingredients for a one pot dish to enjoy in class or with friends at home.
Pastry & Pie Making Class
The lost art of pastry and pie making is enjoying a revival thanks to trendy Pie Shops across the country.
Our Cook & Eat team have put together a unique course to help you master a variety of Pastry and Pie making techniques you can replicate at home. With so many great Pie and Pastry recipes to choose from, once you’ve mastered the techniques, you’ll be the perfect host!
Beginners and seasoned pie lovers alike will find the course a great place to learn new tips or brush up on techniques. We will cover making choux pastry, sweet pastry and savoury pastry. Participants will then get to make a delicious sweet or savoury pie with their pastry.
