9th to 15th August is #AfternoonTeaWeek
The invention of afternoon tea is widely attributed to Anna Maria Russell, Duchess of Bedford.
Afternoon Tea is a tea-related ritual, introduced in Britain in the early 1840s. It evolved as a mini meal to stem the hunger and anticipation of an evening meal at 8pm.
Mix and match tradition and new cooking recipes to make this wonderful cheesecake. What do you think is the main ingredient? 😋
