Greenwich Pantry updates on classes and courses
Greenwich Pantry updates for classes and courses is a useful resource about your scheduled bookings at our cooking school. We hope the updates keep everyone informed about our cooking school.
Since 16th March 2020, households in the UK and businesses have to adapt to lockdown restrictions as a result of the pandemic and the situation can change rapidly.
Hospitality businesses and restrictions
Lockdowns affect many hospitality businesses and as a result, Greenwich Pantry’s cooking school activities may be affected from time to time, depending on Government advice. However, Greenwich Pantry ‘in- person’ classes specifically bespoke, group and 121 classes run in line with Government advice.
To further understand the most up to date information participants are advised to check out the government website here.
What does this mean for my booking?
Greenwich Pantry scheduled group classes, take place, guided by advice from local councils and UK health authorities. Customers are assured that ALL class scheduled remain valid in line with Greenwich Pantry’s business terms and conditions. Also, our comprehensive risk assessments ensures that when in-person classes are conducted, we are all kept safe. Class guidelines and information are here.
What if I have a Greenwich Pantry gift voucher?
Greenwich Pantry classes and workshops are available from trusted partners. We extended partner bookings by 12 months to reduce the impact and effects of Covid-19 on in- person events. This means that if your ticket was not purchased from the Greenwich Pantry website directly, it will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. However, vouchers purchased from our voucher store are valid for 24 months. Customers with unredeemed tickets from a Greenwich Pantry partner, should contact the partner customer service team.
What if I need to postpone a group class or a private booking?
If you need to postpone a group class or private booking, because of local restrictions, we understand. However, we ask that 7 days notice be given in writing to our booking team to reschedule their class. Customers should get in touch with Greenwich Pantry booking’s team to rebook.
Scheduling 121 Classes during covid
Private 121 classes and tutorials are available at a mutually convenient time. Customers looking for tutorials are invited to schedule a 15 minute complimentary consultation with our expert chef team. Greenwich Pantry chef tutors know about healthy eating, help with non-medical nutrition support, hints, tips and inspiration to meet your food goals.
