Booking Classes during the COVID Crisis

On the 16th March 2020, the UK government announced its formal advice in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. The advice is to self-isolate if you are over 70 or in any way vulnerable and for individuals to restrict all non-essential travel as well as social gatherings. From the 1st of June, the advice has been updated allowing certain entities to provide services however events and hospitality businesses have not been included in this category. What does this mean for my class booking?

As a result of government advice, Greenwich Pantry group classes are postponed until 15th July and we remain guided by government announcements. Any updates to this date will be published here. All individuals affected by this decision will be notified directly. All tickets remain valid for 12 months under our usual terms and conditions.

If you have booked your ticket through a Greenwich Pantry booking partner you may contact them directly. We have extended our partner booking time limit to 12 months for all fully paid tickets during this period. Any tickets purchased from a partner platform and redeemed by Greenwich Pantry will be valid for use within 12 months of purchase.

Equally, If your class is not postponed but you wish to reschedule, you may reschedule the class by emailing and requesting a new date.
