What can you cook with Garlic?
🍕It's good on Pizza, 
🥯In Meat or Tofu Balls, 
🍲Melted in Sauces (Parsley sauce or Red sauce)
🌶️Fried with vegetables like Broccoli and Peppers
🍣In the oven with Fish and Seafood
Maybe the question should be what can't you cook with garlic?!

🌿When can it be planted? You can plant garlic up until March, the soils should be well drained and even if we've not seen the last of the frost - garlic doesn't mind the cold temperatures! HOW:
Plant garlic gloves about 5cm deep in the soil and about 20 cm apart.

💪Why is Garlic good for us?
It helps to eliminate toxins and it's good for blood circulation.

Pizza is one of the world's favourite dishes. But how can you make the perfect dough?
Here's our recipe for 4 pizzas:
Bear in mind the following to make a good homemade dough:
🕙 time ➡️ It requires 20 h for the perfect rising
👨‍🍳 yeast: mix it in warm water to activate
🍕 method: after you make the dough, it will be pretty sticky so leave it in the fridge to set over night.
In the morning place the dough down on a surface, pull the edges and flatten it with your hands. Once it is all flat (don't worry if there are holes), fold it, merging the edges into the centre. 
Shape it in a new ball, this time round it'll be well shaped and stiff.
Let it rise for 5 hours and then divide the dough into the number of pizzas you want to make and let it to rest until you're ready to roll it out and cook in the oven.
👩‍🍳 Cooking method: Pre heat the oven to its maximum temperature, the hotter the better, then cook the pizza for 5 minutes, before finishing it off using the grill.
