Our Cook & Eat team have put together a unique 4-hour course to help you master a variety of pastry and pie making techniques you can replicate at home. With so many great Pie and Pastry recipes to choose from, once you’ve mastered the techniques, you’ll be the perfect host!

Beginners and seasoned pie lovers alike will find the course a great place to learn new tips or brush up on techniques. We will cover making sweet pastry and savoury pastry. Participants will then get to make a delicious sweet or savoury pie with their pastry.

I just wanted to thank you so much for the wonderful pie making course yesterday. Klaudia was an excellent tutor and I learnt so much about pastry making. The whole day was relaxed, interesting and all done in a friendly manner.

This was an absolutely fantastic session, resulting in delicious pies. Chef Sophie was clear and helpful, gave many tips, and was very patient. The rest of the crew, including owner Lara, were also fantastic. Cannot recommend this course and company enough!
